Senior Research Associate, Innovation Studies, WestEd
Kim Austin serves as a Senior Program Associate in WestEd’s Innovation Studies program, where she develops research-based content for the U.S. government website, Doing What Works. Prior to joining WestEd in 2008, Austin’s interest in bridging theory and practice led to work on two multimedia projects: developing video cases in mathematics instruction and creating a video course on learning theory. Austin has also conducted research on the scholarship of teaching and communities of learners in K-12 classrooms.
